working in acrylic and polycarbonate, Scottlamp have designed, tooled and produced lenses complying with Department of Transport directives. These included components to support technologies and light frequencies such as LED, fluorescent and tungsten lamps. Scottlamp's sealed material feed reduces the risk of contamination allowing Scottlamp to produce clear/translucent lenses up to a 15mm depth.

Scottlamp also work with oil, petrol and diesel resistant plastics for engine management and vehicle fuel systems.
