Recycled Plastic

Scottlamp's first policy is to reduce waste wherever possible.

Scottlamp's first saving is through the central material handling systems, which can be reversed to suck back any unwanted material left in feed hoppers.

Secondly, where possible, Scottlamp will grind up any rejected mouldings and reuse the plastic granules in other projects.

Thirdly, any plastic material which cannot be reused on site is sorted and collected by an external plastics recycling company.

All this ensures that very little is not recycled.
