Scottlamp Limited have a fully equipped in-house injection moulding tool making department with the capabilities of undertaking all aspects of tool making operations.

The ultimate quality of any injection moulding is very much dependent not only on the design of the component, but also on the design, accuracy and construction of the mould tool.

At Scottlamp Limited we have a fully equipped in-house tooling facility using CAD to design and construct injection mould tools. Being in-house means that your project can remain confidential and that your costs remain low.

As a designer and product manufacturer, we can ensure smooth development of your new item and ensure that your deadlines are met.

Our engineers take into consideration all the processing requirements of the material specified to produce tooling of the highest standards.

We also undertake refurbishment and adaptation of injection mould tooling. If you are receiving poor quality mouldings or scrapping components we may well be able to assist.

If Scottlamp designs, builds and moulds your tool, we will maintain, service and repair it FREE OF CHARGE for its designated working life!
